James George Walker (9 October 1859 – 24 March 1923), was a Scottish rugby football player, and cricket player.〔Bath, p137〕〔Bath, p104〕〔Player profile on scrum.com. Retrieved 26 February 2010〕 Walker was born in Tradeston, Glasgow. He was capped twice for between 1882-83.〔〔 He also played for West of Scotland FC.〔 He was the brother of Archibald Walker who was also capped for Scotland.〔 Walker also played first-class cricket with Oxford University, Middlesex and represented the Scotland national cricket team.〔 He died in Nether Auchendrane. ==References== * Bath, Richard (ed.)
